The Southeastern Council is a private, not-for-profit agency located in Lebanon, New London and Norwich. We provide Acute Care and Evaluation, Halfway Houses, Long Term Treatment, Recovery House, Outpatient Services and Intensive Outpatient Services. Other than our Outpatient Services, we are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
