Located on 56 acres in the southeastern region of Connecticut, Lebanon Pines is a 110-bed long-term facility for men with alcohol and drug addiction. The minimum length of stay is 90 days. Discharge planning is based on each individual’s recovery goals.
The goal of this program is to provide a structured recovery environment with a focus on the psychosocial aspects of treatment. The program is a work therapy program, enhanced by behavioral health, vocational and educational components.
Developing recovery skills, along with personal responsibility, managing signs and symptoms of relapse, and lifestyle changes are the primary aspects of treatment in this program. Residents develop a knowledge base with which to accept their disease, prevent relapse, and to provide motivation for re-integration into the community.
Within the structure of this program Lebanon Pines offers:
Rehabilitation – Intended for those clients who are seeking recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction.
Behavioral Health/Co-occurring disorder referrals – Intended for those clients who present with behavioral health disorders, addiction, and medical problems.
Individual Treatment Planning – Treatment planning is individualized to meet the particular needs and goals of each client, allowing for the assessment of the client’s progress as well as treatment outcomes.
Relapse Prevention – Intended to help those who are in need of strategies to maintain recovery. Lebanon Pines provides an intensive curriculum that utilizes psycho-educational groups on addiction and relapse prevention as well as self-awareness and self-care.
Comprehensive Aftercare – Providing follow up referrals upon discharge for outpatient counseling and supportive housing

The Pineview program is located on the Lebanon Pines campus in Lebanon Connecticut. It meets the needs of men who are clinically appropriate for Intensive Outpatient and who are in need of housing while attending the program.
The Pineview program meets 5 days a week and offers a higher level of treatment than a regular Outpatient program. The treatment focus is on relapse prevention, psycho-educational groups, trigger identification, and integration of the recovery philosophy into one's lifestyle. Leisure management, spirituality, and alternative coping skills are also included in this program. The housing component includes meal service, laundry facilities, and recreational activities.

The Liberty House offers a clean and sober housing environment in a peer-based congregate setting. Individuals who reside at Liberty House may be engaged in clinical services or may have recently completed treatment. The Liberty House is intended to assist individuals in integrating relapse prevention skills, achieving autonomy, and maintaining employment from a supportive, moderately structured environment.

A residential treatment program designed to assist and support clients in sobriety. Here clients have the opportunity to apply learned recovery skills, prevent relapse and promote personal responsibility. Clients will re-integrate into educational, vocational, familial, and social structures. Clients are expected to seek employment during their residency in this program.

A residential treatment program that allows individuals to interact in the community from a supportive home-like environment. The program supports residents in maintaining sobriety, establishing meaningful relationships with housemates, community members, sponsors, and family members. The program promotes an environment conducive to accepting responsibility and attaining independence.

A medically monitored detox and evaluation program delivered by medical and nursing professionals. The program provides medically supervised evaluation and withdrawal management in a permanent facility with inpatient beds. Services are delivered under a defined set of physician monitored protocols. Twenty four hour nursing observation, medical monitoring and treatment are on site. Counseling and case management services are available seven days per week in house.
