  • How long do I get to stay?

    Lebanon Pines is a 90 day inpatient treatment program for clients who use their Husky D insurance to enter the program.  CSSD clients can expect to remain at the program between 90 and 150 days.  Federal Probation clients should expect to remain with us for 180 days.  

  • What can I bring?

    You should bring with you the following item:  weather appropriate clothing for 10 days, shoes to work in as well as casual shoes, boots for rain or snow and outerwear (seasonally appropriate), pajamas, and a wrist watch.  You can bring your personal cosmetics as long as alcohol is not listed in the first three ingredients.  You can bring your own razors.  You should also bring an umbrella and a book bag.  You can bring up to two cases of a beverage including soda or water or juice, you can not have energy drinks.  Individually wrapped candies and gum are also permittable.  Cigarettes are permitted but vapes, dip or spit tobacco, and rolling machines are not.  You can bring writing utensils and art supplies in a reasonable quantity.  Books are welcome, electronic readers are not.  You cannot bring bedding or towels to the facility.  You cannot have any internet capable devices.  You can bring money with you but you are responsible for it.  You can have money orders sent to you for up to $20 dollars each, they may be cashed when funds are available.  

  • How do I communicate with my loved ones?

    Phone cards can be purchased in advance for you to use while you are here as pay phones are your main method of communication; you should bring stamps and envelopes as well if you wish to send letters.  Cell phones are not permitted at any time on the property.  

  • What does my typical day look like?

    While at Lebanon Pines, clients attend group therapy or work therapy in the morning prior to lunch.  After lunch and downtime, clients would then have the treatment mode that they did not have in the afternoon.  This is followed by some additional downtime and then dinner.  After dinner clients either have additional group, free time, or self help meetings.  During their free time, clients may choose to participate in any of our recreational activities including working out in the gym, reading, gardening, billiards/foosball, meditation by the waterside, sports including basketball, baseball, volleyball, or music including use of our drum kit or piano.

  • What is work therapy?

    Work therapy is your opportunity to engage in activities that you will need to find competitive employment.  Clients participate in up to 10 hours of work therapy on grounds per week in either our kitchen or maintenance departments.  This is also accompanied by therapeutic discussion regarding finding work and feelings regarding work.  Considerations are given to your unique skill set and they can be used while in treatment or you can choose to learn new skills!  All clients must participate in the work therapy component of the Lebanon Pines program to attend care with us.  

  • What happens when I’m done with treatment?

    All clients work with their counselor to determine the best, individualized aftercare plan for themselves.  These plans include housing and ongoing treatment, including sobriety support.  The goal is for you to live as independently as possible as a contributing member of a sober society.  

  • Do you help with aftercare?

    Yes, each client will meet with a skilled counselor for assessment and individualized aftercare planning.  To include, transitioning to residential treatment, outpatient services, 1/1 counseling, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). 

  • How long will I be at detox?

    Each detox stay is individualized, but standard length of stay is 5-7 days. 

  • Do you offer Methadone for opioid detox?

    Yes, we have different opioid detox protocols.  To include Buprenorphine and Methadone.  We also help with connecting clients to Medication Assisted Treatment maintenance as part of aftercare planning.  

  • How many beds does detox have?

    There are 20 beds in the facility.   

  • Can I have my cellphone while I am there?

    Cellphones are not allowed on the detox unit.  SCADD provides 2 scheduled phone times a day for personal calls. 

  • How can I download Microsoft Teams?

    Client is required to have either a smart phone or a computer/tablet with internet access.

  • How many urine screens will I receive depending on the level of care I am in?

    Intensive Outpatient Clients – 2 urines per week

    Outpatient Clients – 1 urine per week

    Individual – minimum 1 urine screen per week


  • Does SCADD OP administer DCF only urine screens?

    SCADD OP does not administer DCF only urine screens.  In order to render urine screens for DCF you must be an active client.

  • How do I apply for Husky insurance?

  • How many classes will I have to complete in order to finish group?

    Progress in treatment is individualized based on the clinician’s assessment and the clinical implications of the client, on a case by case base.
